New Southeastern Rock Crusher Service Hub
Since Marion Machine opened in 1934, we have been providing excellent service to the southeast and are one of the best machine shops in North Carolina.
We have forged our own way in machining and welding processes for the aggregates and power industry. In 2022, we are stronger than ever and are constructing new roads and new relationships into the future.
We work with horizontal and vertical lathes and mills, portable line boring machines, and much more. One of the newest initiatives at Marion Machine is the addition of Mellott’s Southeastern service hub. From this location, we now can be your full-service center. Mellott, our partner company, offers new and after-market parts, inventory, field service, and support while Marion Machine offers service repairs for crushers.
This allows our customers access to the following things during service and repair:
- Steam clean in cleaning bay
- Detailed inspection
- Testing
- Replace or repair of hardware and components
- New manganese installation where applicable
- Heat treatment or stress relieving for welded repairs
- Test run if app
- Vibration analysis on vibrating equipment after the rebuild
- Paint/ rust preventive
- New graphics/ decals
- Detailed repair report
- Component exchange
- Six-month warranty
Our customers should also know that Mellott has 42 service technicians stationed throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast that are ready and waiting to serve them 24/7.
Marion Machine and Mellott would love the opportunity to pull spare crushers from your boneyard and bring them in for complete rebuilds. This would allow our customers to be ahead of the crushing game. When a breakdown happens, and it will happen, our Carolina machinery customers will have a spare crusher in the queue to set up while the breakdown is being repaired. We have machines to rent, components to exchange and even contract crushing to minimize your downtime and keep you in the game. When a breakdown happens, we have you covered.
