Machining

image description

To craft crusher parts back to OEM tolerances, our machinists must have a keen eye for interpreting OEM 2-D engineering illustrations and blueprints of engineering components and machines. As an authorized repair facility for major crusher manufacturers, we have access to OEM specifications and our machinists are experts in translating specifications into finished parts ready to install. While working on the parts, our machinist use precision instruments like micrometers to continuously monitor and insure the quality of the machining process. Excellent observation and reporting skills are critical as the machinist needs to detect and report any defects while the components is in process.

Our Metso HP 800 Mainframe had a loose shaft and we re-fit the shaft back to OEM specs with a 2-week-turnaround to get a 3.5-million-ton-plant back up and running.
