Precision Welding and Crusher Component Restoration
Marion Machine’s certified welders use specialized techniques to restore worn or damaged crusher components before precision machining. These processes include submerged arc welding, flux core arc welding, shielded metal arc welding, TIG/MIG welding, and oxy-fuel welding.
Following welding, experienced machinists work from OEM specifications and engineering drawings to restore components to required tolerances. Precision measuring instruments help maintain accuracy throughout the machining process.
Portable Machining and On-Site Crusher Repair
In addition to its in-house capabilities, Marion Machine offers portable machining and line boring services for equipment requiring repairs at the customer’s location.
Portable machining can address critical components such as cone crusher mainframe bores, counterbox bores, socket bores, and jaw crusher bearing bores. Performing these repairs on-site can help reduce transportation expenses, limit equipment disassembly, and minimize operational downtime.
