Employee Spotlight: Keith Jackson
Keith Jackson, is an integral part of the Marion Machine team and after 36 years with the same company, it becomes more like a family than a career.
That is why Keith is a master at training new employees. He treats them like family and patiently provides them the knowledge they need. Keith has performed many tasks while working with us, from welding and machining, to assembly, along with field service and sales, he knows his way around.
Keith is well-liked by all employees as well as customers and vendors.
Rain, sleet, snow and sunshine, Keith is working and never complains. He is instrumental in the growth of the business and the safety of our employees. He performs safety checks and files the safety reports for the state, OSHA and MSHA. After 36 years with Marion Machine, Keith is planning to retire. He will be sorely missed. His attitude and knowledge will be tough to replace. I caught up with Keith and asked him a few questions.
