Our Biggest Machining Job this Summer: 36X48 Pittman
We had a very busy and productive month in July at Marion Machine!
While we have had a lot of big projects and heavy equipment machining jobs come through our doors, our biggest project was working on a customer’s 36X48 Pittman and base jaw crusher. With help from our expert team of techs, we disassembled the crusher, checked areas that needed replacement parts and sections that needed repairs. Our repair team repaired the Pittman and the base so we could add new assembly parts we recommended to the customer.
After repairs, we did a quick in-house test to ensure it ran properly and sent it to the customer site for installation.
With help from our service experts at Mellott and Marion Machine’s Outside Salesman, Joe McNeill, the crusher installation went smoothly and ran without any issues. And that is just one of our many success stories from the machining work we have done this month. From beginning to end on each machining work we do, we work with our customers to ensure they are getting the quality service at every step of the process. So why not let our expert team of service and machining techs do your next crusher repair job for you? Find out how we can help by visiting our capabilities page or call us today at 1-800-627-1639.
