These upgrades have allowed for us to hold tighter tolerances, improve efficiencies and have given us the capability to handle larger and heavier parts. Take a look at just a few of the upgraded pieces of equipment that we use to keep our customers crushing it!
Summit Machine: This is a vertical lathe that allows us to service the internal parts of a crusher like HP heads or sockets.
Water Press: The new upfit on this machine allows us to lift up to 800 tons and assists with both disassembly and assembly of parts when required.
Our Farrel VTL machine upgrade is a vertical lathe which easily handles mid to large scale repairs
The upfit of our Morton machine allows us to repair parts such as counter boxes and pitmans.
The purchase of a Clark forklift, with a 28,000 pound capacity has helped keep us efficient in our material handling process.
Our oven, one of the largest in the southeast, is 18ft x 18ft x 31 ft. which affords us the ability to handle extra heavy weights with ease. Additionally, we follow AWS guidelines for proper stress relieving to make sure our customers get the correct specifications every time!
