Marion Machine’s water press is a machine with a large ram which can remove interference fit shafts and bearings.  We can generate up to 800 tons or 1.6 M pounds of force using our 26-foot-long press.  Our water press is so large, that we can fit entire crusher frames inside, allowing us to remove shafts in Omnicones, HP’s , Rollercones and more!

The benefit of using the water press is, if a customer has a stuck bearing or shaft, we have the capability to press it off, as opposed to cutting it.  This allows it to be repaired, changed out or to remanufacture the interference fit parts without cutting the crusher, saving customers money.  When you have stuck bearings or shafts, call Marion Machine and we will get you un-stuck!
